Apollo Accreditation
1. The short version
This site is an informational website and it does not sell data to anyone. We use HubSpot analytics, Google Analytics, which shows how people find and use the site, a visitor tracker that identifies the businesses that visit us, the Meta pixel, which measures our Facebook and Instagram adverts, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which measures our LinkedIn adverts. None of them stores anything on your device until you click OK on the notice at the foot of the page, as explained below.
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels. We treat them all the same way in this policy.
2. What this site sets
The table below lists everything. Everything except the strictly necessary items loads only after you click OK, as explained in section 3.

3. How it actually works here
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, because the site cannot function without them.
Everything else, our HubSpot analytics, Google Analytics, the Apollo website visitor tracker, the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, loads only after you click OK. Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode until then: it sets no cookies and sends Google only anonymous signals with no identifiers. HubSpot shows us which pages people read. Google Analytics shows how people find the site, for example from Google search or an advert, and what they do once here. Apollo helps us identify the business or organisation a visitor is likely from, so we can follow up for business-to-business marketing. The Meta pixel tells Meta you visited, so we can see which of our adverts work and show them to relevant people. The LinkedIn Insight Tag does the same for our LinkedIn adverts. None of them tells us your name.
We rely on your consent, which you give by clicking OK, and we do not sell data. If you click No thanks, or do not choose, none of them is switched on in that browser. You can also block cookies and trackers in your browser or with a tracker or ad blocker, or tell us at info@apolloaccreditation.com and we will action it.
The notice at the foot of the screen has two buttons. OK switches the trackers on; No thanks keeps them off. Until you choose, the notice stays open and nothing is stored on your device. Selecting Cookie settings in the footer of any page brings it back so you can change your mind.
One exception is worth stating plainly. If you choose to submit the enquiry form on our homepage, the form is provided by HubSpot and loads in order to work. That is a service you asked for rather than analytics, but you should know it happens.
In Malta this is governed by the Processing of Personal Data (Electronic Communications Sector) Regulations, S.L. 586.01. In the United Kingdom it is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
4. Controlling cookies yourself
Every mainstream browser lets you block or delete cookies, and lets you see what is already stored. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Browser settings are the most reliable control, because they apply to every site you visit rather than just this one.
5. Third parties
Where a third party sets a cookie through this site, that party is responsible for its own processing and has its own notice. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited also uses data from the Meta pixel for its own purposes; see Meta’s privacy policy. LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company likewise uses data from the LinkedIn Insight Tag for its own purposes; see LinkedIn’s privacy policy. Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics; see Google’s privacy policy. Apart from Meta and LinkedIn, we do not permit third parties to use data collected here for their own advertising.
6. Changes
We review this policy at least annually and whenever the technologies used on the site change. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.

Yes. Our HubSpot analytics cookies, Google Analytics, the Apollo website visitor tracker, the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag load only after you click OK on the cookie notice. HubSpot shows us which pages are read; Google Analytics shows how people find and use the site; Apollo identifies the business a visitor is likely from, for our business-to-business marketing; the Meta pixel measures our Facebook and Instagram adverts; the LinkedIn Insight Tag measures our LinkedIn adverts. None of them tells us your name, and the No thanks button on the cookie notice switches all five off.
How do I opt out?
Click No thanks on the cookie notice at the foot of any page, or select Cookie settings in the footer to bring it back. You can also block cookies and trackers in your browser settings, use a tracker or ad blocker, or email info@apolloaccreditation.com and we will stop processing your visit. Browser controls are the most reliable because they apply to every site.
