Three services, one team. Quality assurance, initial and maintenance, comes with every CPD certification and every qualifications accreditation we run.

Most clients arrive needing one thing and find they need several: a course built for their teams, a curriculum that survives review, a quality assurance system that evidences consistency, and, where a programme needs an EU-recognised level, the route back into the single market that Brexit closed. Bought from suppliers who never speak to each other, the parts drift. We run all of it, in sequence, with one point of contact, across the UK and the EU. Course development is the entry point. CPD Certification and Qualifications Accreditation are the two ways a course then gets recognised, and each comes with quality assurance before and after the decision.

In the UK and the EU, a recognised course has been through an outside review against published standards, and it sits at a level on a national framework. That review is what buyers are paying for when they pick an accredited course over an ordinary one. Most people who call us fall into one of two groups.

Why one team, and where it goes wrong

Most training and recognition problems are not caused by bad work. They are caused by good work that was bought in pieces and never made to fit. Each supplier does their part well, and the parts still do not add up, because nobody owned the join:

  • A course is written by one supplier.
  • A curriculum consultant is brought in when accreditation comes up.
  • A formation agent sets up a company that satisfies the registry but not the regulator.
  • A quality manager is hired the month before a review.

We exist to own the join. Course development is the entry point, and the cheapest way in, because a course built to the right standard is the foundation everything above it is applied to. The curriculum work later becomes an upgrade, not a rebuild. Where the route runs through Malta, the company is structured to satisfy MFHEA from the day it is incorporated. When recognition is granted, the quality assurance that keeps it is already designed in, so the standard does not quietly decay after the certificate arrives.

You are quoted by scope, in writing, before anything starts, and you can stop at any stage without having paid for work you will later have to unpick.

A first scoping call covers

  • The outcome you actually want, and the market and nations you are selling into.
  • The recognition route that fits, and the cheaper credible one if there is one.
  • A realistic timeline and the sequence of work, stage by stage.
  • Whether a Maltese entity is needed, and what that adds in time and cost.

If a cheaper route will do the job, we say so. If CPD certification is all your buyers need, we will not sell you a regulated qualification you will never use, and if a UK route serves a UK market, we will not push you toward Malta. The call ends with a written scope that names the deliverables, the timeline and the fee.

Where do most engagements start?
With course development. It is the entry service and where most work begins, because a course built to the right standard is the thing every later step, curriculum, accreditation and quality assurance, is applied to. You can start higher up if you already have the course, but building it first keeps the whole route cheaper.
Do I have to use every service?
No. Each service stands on its own and you can buy just one. Most clients arrive for a single thing and take on more once they see how the route connects. Because everything is built to upgrade, adding a service later is an extension, not a rebuild.
How long does accreditation take?
It depends on the route. CPD certification is measured in weeks. MFHEA provider licensing in Malta is stated by the authority as roughly 6 to 12 months, and programme accreditation runs alongside it. We give you a realistic timeline for your specific route on the first call, and we confirm current requirements with the body before any submission.
Do you work in both the UK and the EU?
Yes. We have offices in Malta and the United Kingdom and work across both. The Malta route is what gives a UK programme an EU-recognised level after Brexit, and we handle the Maltese company and the submission that the route requires.
Are you an awarding organisation?
No. We are a consultancy that prepares and manages submissions and builds the courses, curricula and quality systems behind them. The qualification is awarded by the recognised body through the route we take you down, not by us.
Can you work with us remotely?
Yes. Most of the work is done remotely, over calls and shared documents, and we meet in person where a submission or a review needs it. Our offices in Malta and the United Kingdom cover both jurisdictions.
What does a written scope include?
The body or route in view, the deliverables, the timeline and the fee, all agreed before any work starts. It is how you know exactly what you are buying, and where each stage ends, so nothing runs open-ended.
How are you priced?
Through set packages with published starting prices for Course Development, CPD Certification, Qualifications Accreditation and Sustain, listed on our packages and pricing page. Anything outside a package gets a written quotation after a first call, naming the deliverables, the timeline and the fee. You can take one service or the whole route, and you can stop at the end of any stage.
