Short answer

More interaction is not always better. A branching scenario earns its cost when people have to make judgement calls and mistakes are expensive. For a policy refresher it is money spent on clicks. Five questions about one module tell you which of our four levels fits, and show you what a module at that level looks like.

Five questions about one module

1. What is the module mostly about?
2. What happens if someone gets it wrong at work?
3. Do you already have the content?
4. How often will the content change?
5. How keen are the learners?

Common questions

Is the level finder free?

Yes. It costs nothing and you do not need to give us your details to see the result.

Can one course mix levels?

Yes, and many do. A course can open with a Level 1 module on the rules and move to a Level 3 scenario where people practise using them. Run the finder once per module.

Why does content that changes often push the level down?

Scenarios and branching paths take longer to update than a simpler module. If the rules change every year, a simpler build keeps your update costs down.

Do you keep my answers?

No. The finder runs in your browser and nothing is sent to us.

I need the whole course planned, not one module.

Use the course development planner. It looks at the format, the level and the first step for a whole course.
