Training providers, private academies and colleges, professional bodies, awarding organisations, in-house L&D teams at businesses, public bodies, NGOs, and trainers working on their own. Each has a course or programme to build properly, to get recognised by the right body, or both. Where they are based matters less than where they want to sell.
Two reasons clients come to us
In the UK and the EU, a recognised course has been through an outside review against published standards, and it sits at a level on a national framework. That review is what buyers are paying for when they pick an accredited course over an ordinary one. Most people who call us fall into one of two groups.
You want to sell training in the UK or the EU
The first thing a UK or European buyer asks is what your course is worth. CPD hours, an RQF or SCQF level, or an MFHEA award that sits on the EQF answers that for you. We get your course ready and take it through whichever of those your buyers know.
Compare the routesYou want to stand out where you already sell
Maybe nobody near you offers recognised training. Then a course accredited to UK or EU standards is something your competitors don't have. Your learners gain too: their certificate is still worth something if they work abroad later.
See the Malta routeWhat a certified or accredited course gives you
A level buyers can check
Your course gets a level on the RQF, SCQF, MQF or EQF, or CPD hours from a known CPD body. A buyer can look it up.
Easier to choose
Show an HR manager two similar courses and the recognised one is the safer one to sign off.
Priced on value
You stop competing with free videos and cheap catalogues. Charge for what the course actually does.
Tenders and big buyers
Some public bodies and large employers want CPD hours or a recognised level before they'll shortlist you. With it, you're in the running.
Certificates that travel
An employer in another country can read your learners' certificate against a published framework.
Checked by someone else
An outside body reviews the course before approving it. Our quality assurance keeps it up to date after that.
Recognition is decided by the CPD body, the awarding organisation or MFHEA, not by us. We prepare you to meet their standards and stay with you until there is a decision.
What each kind of client usually needs
Training providers
Usually a CPD certificate for short courses, or a regulated qualification when buyers start asking for a level.
02Private academies and colleges
Programmes built to an MQF or RQF level and taken through MFHEA or an awarding organisation. Some partner with our institute in Malta instead of applying for a licence of their own.
03Professional bodies
CPD programmes for members, built so the hours stand up, with a yearly quality review that keeps them current.
04Awarding organisations
Help writing qualification content and assessment to the level, and the quality records a regulator expects to see.
05In-house L&D teams
Bespoke eLearning and live courses for staff, hosted on our platform or yours, with the option to certify them as CPD later.
06Independent trainers and consultants
One good course, prepared for a CPD body and taken through certification, often as the first step for a new business.
Where our clients are
Our clients can be anywhere. Nearly all of them want the same thing: to sell to UK and EU buyers with courses that meet UK and EU standards. We have offices in Qormi in Malta and in East Kilbride, just outside Glasgow. Most of the work happens online, and we meet in person when a submission or a review calls for it.
For providers outside the EU, including UK ones since Brexit, accreditation through Malta gives a course an EU-readable level. That is covered under EU market access via Malta.
Sectors we build for
We pair our learning designers with someone who has worked in your sector, so the scenarios and the language are right. Most of our work is in iGaming, hospitality, financial services, retail and property, along with professional services, compliance teams, and technology and operations. For CPD work, our industries page lists eighteen sectors and the professional bodies that set the rules in each.
When we are not the right fit
We are not the right partner if you want a qualification badge without the work behind it, or a promise of approval. Nobody can honestly sell either. We will also tell you if a cheaper route, or no accreditation at all, would serve your buyers better.
The checks we run before we quote, and the requests we turn down, are set out on who we take on.
Common questions
Do you work with providers outside the UK and the EU?
Yes. Where you are based matters less than where the course will be sold. We check the content against the rules of that country, and if that needs local knowledge we bring in an expert and tell you first.
Do you work with individual trainers?
Yes, mostly through CPD Certification. A single well-built course is often the right place to start.
Can we start with one course?
Yes. Most clients do. Every course we build is made so it can go on to certification or accreditation later without starting again.
