Start small, add as you go. Every service has a small first step, priced for small businesses. Start there and add the rest when your budget allows. Where a first step leads into a bigger package, we credit its fee in full if you go ahead within 90 days, so nothing you pay at the start is wasted.
Pay monthly or in instalments. Sustain and the yearly add-ons can be paid monthly, at 20% more than paying yearly, and any project up to €5,000 can be paid in three monthly instalments at no extra charge.

We take an existing course through CPD Certification, with initial quality assurance included. On your first course with us, the CPD body fee is free through our CPD partner bodies.

CPD body fees are paid at cost, on top. On your first course with us, the body fee is free.
What you pay us for, and what you pay the CPD body for. Our fee pays for our work: checking your course against the criteria, writing the list of fixes, preparing and submitting the application, answering the body's questions and resubmitting if it asks for changes. The CPD body charges its own, separate fee for assessing your course and listing it. On your first course with us, that body fee is free through our CPD partner bodies, so a CPD-ready course costs €395 in total. From your second course, the body fee is passed on at cost and shown on its own line. One free body fee per organisation.
Package 3
Qualifications Accreditation
We prepare and manage the submission for a recognised qualification in the UK or in Malta. The decision belongs to the awarding organisation or MFHEA.

Bonus credit for more than one course
We don't cut our prices. Put two or more courses in one order and we give you bonus credit instead, up to 25% of what you spend.

First order with us? Add 10% more. Your first order earns an extra 10% in bonus credit on top of the table above, so three courses earn 25% instead of 15%, and even a single course earns 10%. Claim it
Spend it on any add-on, or on Sustain, any time in the 12 months after sign-off. Courses count when they sit in one signed scope and are Single or Professional course builds, Convert to eLearning or Interactive eLearning modules, Single course CPD Certifications or Course Maintenance. The Programme, eLearning series, Course set and Full catalogue packages are already cheaper per course, so they don't earn credit. You can't cash the credit in or use it for body fees, and we put the amount on your scope before you sign.

Custom packages
A package built for your business
The packages above cover most of what we do. If they don't fit, we put together a package around you: the courses, the route, the support and the payment terms you need. We agree the price with you, based on scope, volume and timing.
We build a custom package when
- You need a mix of courses, routes and support that no single package covers.
- The work is bigger than the largest package, for example more than 12 courses under Sustain.
- You want several packages and add-ons priced as one engagement.
- The course or programme needs more rework than the package allows.
- You need it done sooner than the route usually takes.
Every package and quotation includes
- A written scope with deliverables, timeline and fee before work starts.
- One named point of contact from start to finish.
- People with a degree and experience in curriculum, accreditation or quality.
- The right to stop at the end of any stage.
How payment works
- Projects: 50% when you sign, 50% on sign-off, each due within 14 days.
- Projects over €20,000: 40% when you sign, 30% at the midpoint, 30% on sign-off.
- Projects up to €5,000: pay in three monthly instalments if you prefer, at no extra charge. The first is due when you sign.
- Sustain and yearly add-ons: paid yearly in advance, or monthly on a 12-month term at 20% more. Quarterly prices on request.
- Add-ons: paid when booked.
Prices are shown in euro, pounds sterling or US dollars, depending on where you are, and exclude VAT. Sterling and dollar prices come from our own price list, not a daily exchange rate, and you are invoiced in the currency on your quotation. Fees charged by CPD bodies, awarding organisations, MFHEA and Maltese corporate service providers are passed on at cost. Prices last reviewed October 2026.
